My experience was utterly disappointing. First, I noticed that the towel distribution was completely disorganized. it was far from the pool area and the timing was strict. The sunbeds were overcrowded, making it almost impossible to access the pool without disturbing others. I expected a relaxing week, but instead, I spent it frustrated and feeling cheated by the so-called 'all-inclusive' offers.

This hotel is a solid choice for a getaway in Avsallar with good value. The staff were genuinely friendly, especially during our meals when they ensured we were well taken care of. Try to make reservations for dinner to enjoy the better dining options.

The bartender at the pool bar was exceptional, remembering our drink orders within just a couple of days. Food quality was decent, with a variety of options, but it did seem more tailored to Russian and German tastes, which might not suit everyone. Room cleanliness was a bit inconsistent. the air conditioning took a while to cool down the room and had an odd smell at times. The entertainment staff were engaged and tried their best to involve everyone. some nights felt a bit too lively with noise extending until midnight, which was a challenge for those looking for quieter evenings. Towel distribution wasn't ideal. it was far from the pool area, and the rules around swapping them were confusing.
